EOI extension date. 

Pursuant to the Invitation for the submission of Expression of Interest dated 28 June 2022 the Liquidator of Punj Lloyd Limited has extended the last date for the submission of Expression of Interest from 10 July 2022 to 11 July 2022, on the account of 10 July 2022 being Sunday. 

Interested Applicants are requested to kindly submit their EOI within the extended timeline.”

In pursuant to public announcement dated 2^nd June 2022, the last date of claim submission is 26^th June 2022.  In the interest of all the stakeholders, the Liquidator has decided to extend the last date of claim submission to 30^th June 2022.

  Kind Attention_ The last date for the submission of claims by the Stakeholders under the Liquidation of Punj Lloyd Limited is 26 June 2022. Please note that pursuant to Section 33 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, read in conjunction with Regulation 16 and Regulation 31 of the IBBI (Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2016, claims submitted after the last date shall liable to be rejected by the Liquidator.
