Group Structure

Providing engineering, procurement and construction services across Asia Pacific, South Asia, Middle East and Africa, Europe and China, Punj Lloyd’s has structured its business in various geographies in order to decentralise the Group’s operations, empowering regional heads to exploit potential opportunities in Energy and Infrastructure sectors.

As can be seen from the Group’s Organisation Structure, Energy, Punj Lloyd’s key focus area, has two operating entities – South Asia and South East Asia operations and Middle East, Africa and CIS countries.

Infrastructure is driven by both Sembawang Engineers and Constructors and Punj Lloyd.

PL Engineering, headquartered in Gurgaon, provides design and engineering expertise to clients in Oil & Gas, Automotive, Aviation and other sectors and to Punj Lloyd.

Punj Lloyd Ltd functions as a holding company with group wide functions providing support to all operating entities in the Group.
