Wuxi-Singapore Industrial Park

A world-class 1,000hectare development located 130-kilometre northwest of Shanghai, WSIP is a fully self-contained and integrated development offering complete manufacturing environment for high-tech industries.

We undertook the master planning right through to the completion of quality factories with comprehensive infrastructure support such as water, electricity, sewerage treatment and telecommunications.

The Industrial park is a comprehensive ‘Hi-Tech’ development providing factory, building, retail and recreational facilities served by integrated public utilities.

The project was developed in 2 phases with Phase 1 covering 100 hectares of land and Phase 2, 90 hectares. Each phase is self-contained with different factory types and supporting facilities to meet the various needs of clients.
