Sembawang, our Infrastructure and Building arm centred in Singapore, has more than 10 years of township and industrial park design and development experience. It has the in-house capabilities to provide services in masterplanning, development, marketing and management. It is able to provide seamless and integrated solutions to meet all needs through development to management.
