This includes pipelaying equipment, amphibious offshore equipment, automatic welding machines, horizontal directional drilling rigs, barges, swamp excavators, heavy construction equipment, concrete pavers, piling rigs etc. Our Central Workshop at Banmore, India, repair and maintenance facilities at Sungaipurun, Indonesia, Habshan, Abu Dhabi and Atyrau, Kazakhstan are the pride of the company.

The company owns a fleet of offshore installation spreads - pipelay barge Mahesh 1, with a capacity to lay pipelines upto 44” dia, a derrick barge Madhava with crane capacity of 650 tons and accommodation for 300 people, a push pull barge Ganpati for pipelaying in shore approach.

Highly skilled operations and maintenance crew use preventive and condition-based maintenance to minimise downtime at Punj Lloyd project sites. Equipment asset planning, procuring, tracking, maintaining and retiring are closely monitored and managed.

The company has deployed Maximo, a software which helps manage over 11,000 items of equipment of 180 categories, across its sites all over the world. This also enables timely audits for preventive maintenance.

Based on its equipment potential Punj Lloyd can simultaneously manage:

• Six major construction project of tankage and piping
• 15 spreads of pipeline equipment capable of handling upto 56” dia pipelines
• 13 sets of bituminous road equipment and three sets of concrete paving equipment.

To maximise peak performance and functioning, all Punj Lloyd equipment undergoes complete overhauling and refurbishment periodically at its Central Workshop at Banmore, in central India.
